The Plutonian Principle
The Plutonian Principle: An illustrated encyclopedia of Sex, Death, & Transformation is a work in progress that revolves around identifying patterns of organization in nature. It is an encyclopedic collection that aims to catalog elements of our world, flora and fauna, culture and behavior that embody, participate in or symbolize the processes of sex, death and transformation. Named after the Greek god of the underworld, in this encyclopedia we move fluidly through reproduction, decay and metamorphosis, as these patterns in the underworld, in nature, and in us, are often times biologically or metaphorically interconnected and sometimes even one of the same.
